Brandi Cherry: Ok, unfortunately we do not have a technical center here that can help you install the part yourself.
Andrew: thats fine i would have my dealer do it but they have no idea!
Andrew: what can i do?
Brandi Cherry: And although you ordered the part through a Toyota dealership because of the way Toyota is brokedown in terms of regions the region you ordered the part from would have to do the repair.
Brandi Cherry: That is because all accessories are not available in every region and there are some accessories that are only available in certain regions.
Andrew: Should I contact the dealer where i bought the part?
Brandi Cherry: I apologize, I know that is not the answer you were hoping for.
Brandi Cherry: I would recommend contacting that dealer, yes.
Andrew: I just need some schematics to show them how to install - can you have them email it or fax it
Brandi Cherry: Because we do not recommend modifying the vehicles from their original factory state. I do not have that information to provide.
