Re: Local TV Station Going Green
Sitting here in front of the TV and awaiting the story. And checking e-mail. Andrew sent me a reminder with a link for a promo they've been doing throughout the day. The promo's a great start.
EDIT: Just got another e-mail from Andrew saying they had technical problems getting the video link onto the site. It will probably be Monday.

Re: Local TV Station Going Green
I delayed my trip to Roanoke by an hour just so I could see it today. I thought it was very well done. Everything was shown in a very good light. Especially when Andrew did better than Jim... LOL. The only negative thing was when Andrew said that hypermilers are the slowest cars on the road by far. But they did stress that we are very observant of our surroundings.

Re: Local TV Station Going Green
I agree that slow and safe is a good thing. I just meant that it sounded like there was a slight negative tone when that part was mentioned. It was probably not meant to come across that way. It was a very good story nonetheless.
Come to think of it, there was no mention of close-in drafting semis on the interstate while FAS'ing.

Re: Local TV Station Going Green
The station never did get the video link posted, but a fellow PC member (tekn0wledg) recorded it and got it uploaded onto YouTube:
