Kia’s Optima and Sportage in Next James Bond Flick “Skyfall”

Not a bad looking pair in police garb either

Spy shots of the Kia police cars on set.

James Bond’s next appearance arrives with Daniel Craig coming back as Ian Fleming's James Bond 007 in Skyfall. This is the 23 appearance for a Bond character in the longest-running adventure film franchise of all time.

In Skyfall, James loyalty to M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her.

With MI6 under attack, 007 must track down and destroy the threat no matter the cost.

The feature film will include two Kia’s, the Optima and Sportage, on the side of good when the film arrives to the big screen this fall.

Kia-Buzz was provided with pics of the closed set in London showing both models on-set dressed as British Police cars. In one shot, Daniel Craig as Bond was seen running down Whitehall followed by several Kias in full police regalia with flashing lights and sirens blazing as he chases the latest villain, Hollywood A-lister, Javier Bardem.

Apparently Bardem’s character tries to assassinate Bond’s boss, M, played by well known British actress Judi Dench.

Kia's making its presence known

During the sequence, the Kia Optima and Sportage police cars play central action roles as the chaos unfolds and Bond and the police try to block off the central London roadway to trap the bad guys!

Kia Motors UK provided the cars via a “prop” company according to the Kia-Buzz.

Skyfall the trailers.
