Denver Boot vs. Portable Gas Powered Saw. Guess Who wins?

Not sure where this occurred but maybe South Africa?

Wayne Gerdes - CleanMPG - Aug 22, 2012

I saw this linked in my twitter feed and thought it was kind of cool… Sort of anyway?

If a car or truck is booted and the driver has a gas powered saw in the bed, what do you think is going to happen? Why cut the damn thing off right in front of the officer that installed it of course!

I liked one of the comments: "What that gentleman did is just not right. He should have been wearing safety glasses and reinforced steel toed boots"

His saw could have used a new blade too.

I saw this one on another board. Rule one don't try to drive away in your Ferrari 458 while running over the nice NYPD police officers foot as he is writing you a parking ticket.

Re: Denver Boot vs. Portable Gas Powered Saw. Guess Who wins?

The totally inclosed wheel design of the Aerocivic makes it impossible to boot and there are no exposed tire sidewalls for them to mark with chalk.

Many Denver boot designs couldn't attach to your wheels if you had the smooth aerodynamic salt flat hubcaps mounted on them.
