Thats an interesting factoid to file away for later use, where is it documented?

Wifey called from her trip with Zephy. "I think I'm getting the hang of driving this now....I'm getting a lot of dirty looks from people"

Harold...I am disappointed in you.

That being said, around here most Prius drivers drive in excess of the speed limit. Last one I remember seeing driving the PSL was a lady in a red Prius about a year ago.

Which part? The obvious fact that roughly half of the bell curve lies left of the mean, or the obvious fact that thinking drivers easily beat the EPA?

Re: Why do people do this...

I think she was hypermiling since she followed you for a bit. When you changed lanes, she might have guessed you were going to turn. So she got ahead of you to avoid driving in your blind spot when you slowed for the turn. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, although she might just have been drag racing.

You go ,g... ,er , woman ! We're glad to hear from more female hypermilers here. Sometimes it seems that so few women care . And besides , this place is a serious sausage-fest most of the time , and a woman's voice is nice to hear.

Did I say too much ?
