Audi April 2012 Sales up 15.0%
Company sets yet another all-time U.S. sales record for monthly sales.
Wayne Gerdes - CleanMPG - May 1, 2012
2012 Audi A6 $41,700 to start and a compact class sized cabin (97.2 cu. ft.) makes this Audi a comfortable highway cruiser for two. Or five in a pinch.
Audi recently redesigned Audi A6 is a leader amongst its luxury touring rivals with class leading exterior and interior design and a variety of powertrain options that include the award-winning direct injected and turbo charged 2.0L and 3.0L TFSI engines.
Audi April 2012 Sales Results
Audi just minutes ago reported record-setting April sales with a 15.0% increase to 11,521 vehicles sold, marking the 16th consecutive month of record sales in the U.S. April sales also marked the fourth-best month ever for the brand and set the all-time sales record for the month of April.
Sales of Audis most profitable models including the A8, A7, A6, and Q7 jumped 52% and represented 31.2% of total April sales.
While the A4 continues to lead with just under 27% of all Audi sales, it was the A6s time to shine with a 136.8% sales increase for the month and a 100% increase year to date. The Q5 experienced a significant increase in April with sales up 24.5% jump compared to April of 2011. And the refresh has yet to reach our shores!
