Texas Tornados
Anyone hear from Chuck? There's a tornado pretty much on top of him right now!

I;ve been hearing about the tornado warnings on Twitter. Good to hear they have all been cleared. Does anyone have Chuck's number? I had it at one time but I've switched phones and my current one got wiped at Christmas.

Texas Tornados
Texas, near Dallas/Fort Worth has been battered today by tornadoes. Cleburne was hit which is about 30 miles from Andrew. I hope Andrew, Chuck, and the other Texans are all safe and sound!

Re: Texas Tornados
Another tornado just popped up in east Dallas near my brother in law.
Chuck's area is clear, north of DFW airport.
The system won't visit me until later this evening, I'm a couple hours east of Dallas.

Re: Texas Tornados
I'd guess that Chuck's telecommunications are either down from the storm or overloaded from calls into, out of and within the affected area. It may be a day or two before people in the affected area can "call out" either by land line, cell or internet.

Re: Texas Tornados
Hi,
I got in 30 minutes ago and along with the car am safe and sound.
It was scary as there were nearby bolts and couple of times drove the the nearest gas station for protection from hail damage.
Heard some semi-trailers were tossed.

Re: Texas Tornados
Just heard from my sister in law. They're fine. She might have to go back to the airport and pick up her dad, though. She dropped him off just before the storms came.
Most of the continued action is heading north of me, but I will be alert tonight.

Re: Texas Tornados
Chuck! Glad to hear you're ok.
The trucks were in a parking lot, not on the road.
