I am curious as to which conveyance she used to get to this ship? i wonder if said conveyance used some type of petroleum product? 
Seriously though, someone is going end up getting killed trying this kind of stunt. These types of targets are attractive to terrorists, and since greenpeace uses terrorist tactics, they could easily be mistaken for islamist extremists or some other terror group and shot.

Under International Maritime law the ships they are targeting are not allowed to be armed.
Although I know of a Dr. here in Pittsburgh who purchased three Barrett M-82 Semi Auto fifty calibers from my gun dealer for his Yacht docked in Fort Lauderdale Fl. He spends a lot of time cruising the Caribbean and said needed that little extra fire power to defend against possible Pirates.
