Apparently Wayne's busy somewhere.
We'll definitely be test-driving a c Two in March.

Hi Andrew and Colin.
To busy with the Chciago Auto Show but the numbers were 84.75 mpgUS actual and 85.x mpg displayed for a 99% all-highway round trip drive. Fantastic!

Which was nice.
If real-world numbers turn out to be easy 50s and 60 mpg in good climates this car will really stir things up. Figures like that could drag some compact buyers to a subcompact.
Roll on March.

Re: Toyota’s Prius c And another PHEV in Detroit
Hi All:
2012 Toyota Prius c Preview
59.5 miles/.702 gallons = 84.758 mpgUS
aFCD displayed: 85.6 mpgUS or a very respectable and very small 0.9% over report.
The second and third gen Prius’ let alone anything else out on the super slab do not stand a chance against the Prius c. Around town, "It's all over baby as I can hear the fat lady singin"
Just wait until you get the c on your own daily grind as 100 mpg is going down hard

Re: Toyota’s Prius c And another PHEV in Detroit
Hi All:
2012 Toyota Prius c Preview
A little stretched up front and a little tight in the rear but not bad for a B-Segment by any stretch.

Wayne,
Can you comment on average speed and driving style for your highway evaluation?
Thanks much,
