Husqvarna Concept E-go – Whether it is a rideable concept or not is unknown. Even the base specs would be a best guess?
Husqvarna Concept E-go is light weight bike without compromise and more akin to a mountain bike than a motorcycle. This is Husqvarna's approach to today's electric motorcycle. One that could provide urban commuting fun for first-time rider with an excellent mix of on or off road riding capability. And all while being kind to both the environment and the pocketbook.
At just 176 pounds, the innovative design is both inspired and derived from the latest Husqvarna models but with a concerted all-out effort at weight reduction. The concept includes exclusive technical innovations such as the “single sided double leg fork” with dual 35 mm down tubes and a single sided all aluminum swing arm.
The battery support is constructed from aluminum, the frame and oval piping is made from steel, while the seat is self-supporting.
The Concept E-go is Husqvarna's solution to electric motorcycling and how to generate excitement amongst the younger rider. It is a single-seater because that is the Husqvarna way. Fun in an ecologically-friendly manner combined for the first time from an electric powered two-wheeler. And all from the iconic manufacturer of enduro bikes heralded the world over as some of if not the best.
