Or is someone simply barking up the wrong tree to make a $?

The scenic beauty of the ride is worth far more than the risk but maybe that is just me?
Safety-Environment-Future is the focus of the International Motorcycle Safety Conference (IMSC). Randall Dale Chipkar hopes for resolutions reducing rider health risk regarding cancer-controversial ELF EMF radiation emission penetrating up through motorcycle seats. Chipkar developed the Electromagnetic Pro-Ionization Principle theory for motorcyclist safety.
"Cancer-controversial electromagnetic pollution is becoming ubiquitous regarding cell phones, smartphones, Wi-Fi, laptops, antenna towers, hydro tower power lines, dirty electricity, etc.," says Canadian motorcyclist Randall Dale Chipkar. "Extremely low frequency electro-magnetic field (ELF EMF) excessive radiation has now been exposed above motorcycle seats and is detectable up to 6 feet away, as my YouTube videos prove," adds Chipkar.
"To pacify public inquiry of electromagnetic health issues, officially named organizations and websites claim 'everything is fine' regarding various EMF exposures. However, reports such as the
BioInitiative Report prove otherwise by establishing detrimental bio-effects from non-ionizing, non-thermal ELF EMF radiations way below existing obsolete safety codes," Chipkar says.
"The IMSC addresses rider safety, risk factors, environmental emissions, etc. I feel it's an opportunity to establish an unprecedented milestone for motorcyclist safety regarding appropriate ELF EMF emission standards. The spirit of motorcyclist safety needs to encompass emerging technological health issues to confirm consumer confidence.
"One option is the repositioning of excessive ELF EMF magnetic field producing components (spark-coils, oscillating-current electrical systems, etc.) from immediately beneath motorcycle seats. Innovative component technology reducing motorcycle ELF EMF magnetic radiation is another option. Motorcycle seat labeling or publishing of ELF EMF radiation emission levels would enable consumers to evaluate exposure," Chipkar added.
Health concern surrounds automobile steel-belted radial tires when rotating since they can generate massive magnetic fields. Steel-belted radials are becoming more common on motorcycles and the rider's groin is only inches away from the rear tire. Although not of electrical origin, varying ELF magnetic fields can still radiate out, penetrating the rider, especially at highway speeds.
The IMSC co-host is the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) based in California, where motorcyclists are prevalent.
Conclusions?
First, Chipkar has quite a few quotes stating very general facts in the manner that he proposes. Looking at his Bio, I do not see anything other than he founded Chipkar Health Concepts in 1998, developed The Motorcycle Cancer Book and the motorcycle cancer website for motorcyclist safety. No stats and no convincing background as to the conclusions he has both spoken about or written.
In addition, by aligning himself with the MSF, it appears on the surface that the MSF endorses his work when in fact they have done nothing of the sort.
Would it be great if we were shielded from all ELF magnetic fields? Sure it would but to this day, we are not. And from my understanding, the human population is not stricken with a higher rate of unexplained cancer’s or lower life expectancy’s today then 50-years ago before the age of personal high and low powered electronics.
Anyone have any other ideas?
