I thought it was in the glossary, but yes, we should make it VERY clear to people that they should try some of these techniques in a safe area to make sure they are familiar with what they are doing before going out on the streets.

Coasting in Neutral is illegal in Texas. I read the whole paper, and that's the only applicable thing I found. Well... that and the bit about not impeding the flow of traffic.
