A SoundMan iPAD in-dash install!
Doug Bernards of SoundMan Car-audio in Santa Clarita, California is the first to install a fully functional iPAD into a vehicle's dash, the world’s first.
Doug is still waiting for an Apple Doc optical interface and speakers connected both into and out of a, get this, a “McIntosh Amp”
The fascia is complete and looks darn near OEM… If only the OEM’s would do something this cool albeit not with the driver being able to access the iPAD’s function while tooling down the road of course
Way to go Doug as that is one very OEM installation making a mockery of real OEM installations
