Car and Driver visits the EPA test lab, takes a few pictures, and explains some of the testing procedures. Some of what they say is already explained here, but there's much that was new to me and I found the article interesting.

___I read that article in a dentist office last week and it was a good one.
___The only additonal item that was new was the Gas-Guzzler trading. Tesla to Ferrari and such. Not sure I like it but if it gets more Tesla's on the road, that is a good thing, right?
