Drivers Ed Prius-II!
Hi All:
___Jesse shot this pic while in his big rig this afternoon near Dover, NH. The Drivers Ed car is run by Pale Rider’s out of Concord. And what a way to introduce new drivers (young students) to the Prius-II and its capability. Imagine driving as gently as a drivers ed car. 60 + mpg is probably a guarantee.
___Additionally, imagine when students trained in this vehicle go shopping for their first car...

Salesman: This fuel efficient beauty is rated at 18 city/23 highway and 20 combined.
Student/New car buyer: 20 mpg? You have got to be kidding me I am going to buy a Prius!

___Good Luck

That pic just gave me an idea. What if you put one of those signs on the top of your daily driver. Do you think you would get fewer tailgaters?

Re: Drivers Ed Prius-II!
I'd put one of those stickers on the back instead (less wind resistance), but I'm not sure that's entirely legal.
They probably also wouldn't believe it on the back of my Insight.

Well it would be accurate for me. Driving is a constant education process for me.

Re: Drivers Ed Prius-II!
Since most people can't spell anymore, you can just change your sign to:
DRIVER EDIFICATION
STRIDENT DRIVER
On Long Island, you can't have business names or logos on the outside of a vehicle unless you have "Commercial" plates, so most local contractors have magnetic signs you can remove so you can use the parkways. But for the sign above, it is not a business name and so it becomes, in effect, a large bumper sticker. Perfectly legal.

Re: Drivers Ed Prius-II!
Put that right next to your Summa Cum Laude honor's society bumper sticker!

I'm sure they'll be more apt to give you a pardon.
