Re: Week of July 20th - July 26th (Nat Avg $2.47)
I tried but the traffic and wind were just too much for me to counteract the poor showing this morning.
79F, 9mph headwind from the NNW, sunny:
- 114.9mpg for 22.8mi (Work to home)
The tank is still at 108.8mpg over 960.0mi with 10 of 20 bars remaining on the fuel gauge.
Day Total: 103.6mpg over 45.3mi
Heading over to the doctor,
81F, 14mph wind from the NW, sunny:
- 52.9mpg for 3.6mi (Home to doctor's office)
The tank is down to 56.3mpg over 20.5mi with 15.6g left.

I truly dislike driving during rush hour.
Still in 'Lantrific...
82F, 13mph headwind from the NW, sunny:
- 50.4mpg for 4.0mi (Doctor's office to home)
The tank is down to 55.3mpg over 24.6mi with 15.6g left.
Day Total: 51.6mpg over 7.7mi

Re: Week of July 20th - July 26th (Nat Avg $2.47)
2 work >
- 23.9 / 13.4 miles (70F S@10 tailwind )
home >
- 23.3/ 13.2 miles (90F SW@16 Gusting to 26 Head wind )
daily avg = 23.6 (5 days over 22.5)
tank is at just over 3/4 with 141 miles on it. (SG say 23 avg and 6.02 gals used.)

Re: Week of July 20th - July 26th (Nat Avg $2.47)
Just took a trip to Oklahoma City. Mixed results.
I recorded 633 miles on the dot total, on which I got a grand total of 18,32mpg. This is damn near my 18,36mpg PB I had before my trip.
I got my first tank over 20mpg (20,822mpg), YAY!! And one tank over 19mpg, which also bests my old 18,36 PB.
But the bad news is that my streak of tanks over 17mpg ended as I got two (short) tanks that were under it, one due to construction traffic, the other due to being in an unfamiliar city and thus not paying attention to FE in the least.
The best thing about this trip? Oklahoma likes 100% gas! I don't recall seeing an E10 station.
