This week it's the word "green", and if you order right now, our operators are standing by, but only for the next 10 minutes, you too can be the proud new owner of four used tires, for not one penny more than the price of four new Goodyear XYZ's/ Pirelli Z1's. That's right, for only the next ten minutes, you too can be the owner of four used tires, for not one penny more than four of the best new tires on the market.*
You people seriously haven't heard this type of sales pitch before? Seriously?
*Subject to local non-sale prices. Our tires may actually be up to 50% more expensive than those companies who make new performance tires, but since they don't claim to be "green", we don't care, and don't even consider them our competitors. Besides, we're mad at almost all of the new tire manufacturers. They should be charging at least double what they charge, in which case we'd be the cheapest thing around. Oh, and since we sell used tires for new tire prices, they aren't actually our competitors. New != used. (!= means "does not equal, for those who didn't know)

It almost sounds like you are coming down on us - no need to be abrasive. There have been discussions on products like 100% nitrogen in tires that could be credible, then water to gas which is very dubious.
I'd much rather start a discussion on a dumb product than let people make a dumb purchase.
BTW, what have you done on your Mitsubishi Mirage since joining CleanMPG?

Re: Environmentally responsible tires?
Is it a mere coincidence that these came out at about the same time as this ad for head and shoulders?
