Hummer in "End of Days?"
Last year, GM only sold 20,000 of the H3.

The Times - They Are a-Changin' -- Ed.
Cash-strapped General Motors is trying to raise money by putting its Hummer division up for sale. If GM can't seal a deal by the end of March, the production of the iconic American vehicles could be in its final days.
The company will announce the Hummer's fate by March 31, the same day the automaker must present its final viability plan to the Treasury Department. GM says it's in serious talks with several interested parties to take over the brand.
Either way, the Hummer has been both loved and loathed since the commercial version of the military Humvee took to the American road in 1992... [Read More]

Re: Hummer in "End of Days?"
Funny thing is, even the off road crowd thinks the Hummer is a joke. These decals are very popular, and also very true. You see them on a lot of Jeep Wranglers, as they are pulling H2's out of the woods..LOL

Re: Hummer in "End of Days?"
The problem with the article is that there are 3 types of vehicles carrying the "Hummer" brand, one of which is the real deal with the remaining two being posers. The H1 does have a decent following because of its price tag and capabilities. That makes it rare and somewhat of a novelty to own. The H2 and H3, on the other hand, I'm not really seeing much of a fan base since they're so common.

Re: Hummer in "End of Days?"
Well, it seems like the H2 and H3 have gotten a reputation of being a car for posers and soccer moms. So car people don't like it. Off-road people don't like it. Eco people don't like it, and even normal people don't like it. It's pretty much a car for retards, which probably explains why 100% of H2 and H3 owners talk on their cell phone while driving, and every where else too.
