Selling the Del Sol
It has become a pain to have a 2 seater. Lately I have had to take the outback to haul the kids around. So I have decided to sell the Del Sol. Let me know if anyone is interested. I bought this to replace it with.

Wayne, it is in your neck of the woods. Would you like to hypermile it to Pittsburgh?

Re: Selling the Del Sol
hahaha how much mileage does your current car have now? hm are you going to let the person know that you got over 60 mpg with that car
surprising though, although this car will beat the living crap out of the car you got now!

The Del Sol only has 48,000 miles on it. It is easy to get mid 50's and a bit more difficult to get into the 60's.

Should have gotten a metro. I'd like to see what you could do with that car.

Re: Selling the Del Sol
Hi Dan:
___Incredible! I think you may have found one of the negatives to owning a 2-seater but I will also say you will miss her greatly after not to long! I regret not keeping the Insight for any number of reasons. Most importantly, $3.00 + gasoline but in the larger scheme of things, the Accord is one very beautiful and comfortable ride. I think you will find a bit more FE with the 92 Civic VX for your commute but more importantly, you will receive excellent highway FE that I know you have been seeking for some time now.
___You want me to drive your new/used little beauty to Pittsburgh? I am in as I have never had the opportunity to drive one of the classic FE masters of its day. Just let me know when to go pick it up
___Oh, and I want to hook up the SuperMid before I take her for a ride
___Good Luck
___Wayne

Well there are two issues then. First, how will you get home? I could buy you a bus, train or plane ticket? The second one may be more problematic, installing the SuperMID. If you dont mind yanking out the ECU, locating the VSS and injector signal, snapping on the wire splicers and then doing the same to 12V and ground, then then you will have the SuperMID installed. That just leaves the calibration. I could probably get it close before sending it but no guarantees. I can't wait to see the FE spike during lean burn.
Oh and one more issue. I was gonna put my Del Sol plates on it to get it home. That is not quite legal. And we both know that you have a penchant for being stopped by the Police for not keeping up with traffic.
