Re: nutrimom

Welcome to CleanMPG. Tell us a little about your daily commute. I see from your location that it's probably already time for A/C but even so, you can still be a hypermiler; it will just take a bit more work is all. I would suggest starting out by reading this article. There are several references to hybrid vehicles but most of the techniques will be useful with your vehicle. After you've read the article, ask us lots of questions. Good luck and we hope we can help become a hypermiler.

Re: nutrimom

Hi Nutrimom:

___Indeed welcome to CleanMPG and if you practice what you are capable of, you will amaze yourself at both the savings to your purse and your reduction in consumption. Think of it as telling your local gas pump goodbye for a little while longer which is a pretty healthy incentive now-a-days in my book

___Good Luck

___Wayne

Re: nutrimom

Hi and welcome to the forum. As stated above you may want to start with this article if you haven't already.

Also, make sure your tires are aired up to the maximum pressure indicated on the tire’s sidewall.
