Insight Gems from eBay..
I'm having trouble typing this because I can't stop laughing.
What are these people thinking when they try and market this stuff to Insight owners?
Check these eBay item numbers:
370043872066
160232350490
250237797953
Ha, ha, ha, ha, haaaaaa.. Priceless!
PS. I'd put the links in, but they are so long.
Cheers,
Dave

Re: Insight Gems from eBay..
FYI, if you put long links in they get shortened by the forum software.

Hey Now! That voltage stabilizer is " High Qulity Finished."
I will never understand people that are selling something, not understanding the merits of a spell checker.
And let's not forget the note on the bottom:
" No instructions included."
Why would you need instructions? It isn't going to work anyhow.

There's also the creative use of BBCode:
First link; the Turbo Whistler
Voltage Stabilizer
2-in-1 tuning chip
...You know, I used to laugh at all of those things. You know, like telling someone that they need blinker fluid, or a new can of magic smoke... But now it just makes me sad to realize how many stupid people there are out there.

Re: Insight Gems from eBay..
> If you read this sellers feedback, you get the real
picture. Warnings of damage to cars computer.
It being a cheap resistor. Scam etc.
All in all, I can't recall any seller with as many
neg feedbacks as this.
Not as if it isn't a dead giveaway, for someone
to claim an electronic "adjustment" is going to
add 60HP to an Insight- as IF Honda and its
incredible engineering brilliance "overlooked"
this part of the cars engineering.
Oh so thank YOU for correcting Honda
in their ignorance!?!
The Turbo Sound device is just corny.
(Ha Ha I fooled you, you thought I had a Turbo
na na na na na. Just walk off into the woods
lay down and stop breathing okay?)
The Voltage Modulator? Well everyone
knows that Honda doesn't know a thing about
Voltage, it being an "accident" they were able
to construct what might be the most brilliant
engineering miracle in Auto History.
Yeah, I have hyere an Electronic Cattle
Prod, to stimulate honesty in crooked scammers.
Oh no! They all want to be shocked, over and
over!!!! Okay If you stop ripping people off
I'll let you have it. Oh No, I need more batteries!
The lines too long!
