Wow, I would have guessed more than that.
Driving around in parking lots and on slow city streets, we really couldn't tell if the ICE was
running or not.
My wife drove the first leg and liked the acceleration when we got on US-95.
When I took over, I saw it was in ECO mode and turned it off, and EV on.
We did a bunch of slow driving around HomeDepot, with windows down,
it sure sounded like we were in EV mode. I was watching out for other cars,
and didn't even try to watch the displays.

Turned off EV and got back on US-95 and got into a jam situation where
we had to change lanes and speed up quickly. The C did great!
Then, we got back into heavy city traffic (slow) and went back to EV mode.
The SOC showed 1/2 to 3/4 all the time, but I guess the ICE was quietly
coming on when it wanted to..
Overall, we were impressed with the car. And a Red C-2 will be here within two weeks!
Edit:
$20,885 for the Prius C-2
-$5,000 trade
=$15,885
+$992 tax
+425 total of other fees & etc.
=$17,302
I'm thinking about another $99 for the all-weather mats, since we live in a snow+chemical area. Anyone else get those?
