You don't get nasty looks around Pittsburgh since at least five percent of the adult population has a Concealed Carry Permit.

Hi Al:
Packing aside, that was great news from your GM and I hope they keep it up! With gas prices well over $4/gallon in the Chicago area and approaching $4/gallon all across CA, it is about time to see some sanity on the roads again.

That is good for that car in fact better than my best tank ( I have not made any hi-way only trips though). My wife has a 2010 Civic and the best she's ever gotten was 41. It was mostly all hi-way driving and she would hit 70 at times but usually stayed around 65.

I tend to follow RLC ideas. Slow down, watch and ignore the crazy folk! H

That is some respectable mileage for sure and goes to show what a well engineered car Honda has created. Applying the skills I have learned on this forum I feel I can crack 50 mpg this year.

If you can keep it locked it can return some very good numbers. It loves DWL at higher speeds as it'll dip down to 45 before unlocking. (My commute is undulating hills). It can actually lock in the low 30s.
