I used to be into FE.. I even drive with a SG2 in the Escape.
But, I'm getting pretty old and I realize that time is a little more important than money.
So, I tend to drive right at the speed limit (except down hill) and that actually
gives me enough MPG to keep me happy (and rarely at the gas station).
Out on the highway, I'll set the CC for the speed limit (or just under) and try to enjoy the ride.
I think my days of making special MPG runs on route 95 are pretty much over..

Revealing that I like my wife's new C. It's like driving a sports car, compared to the Escape.
And, seeing those great MPGs kinda spoils you.
I think we are going to be making most of our non-cargo hauling trips in Lit' Red until the deep snow hits..
I have the rubber cargo mat in the 'C', and I found that an extra large pizza box fits in there just fine..
Small pizzas go on the passenger side floor mat (rubber).
