Garage Doors

As with many homes in the USA the garage is filled with junk instead of our cars and I want to change that situation. So, I want (finally) to replace our roll-up garage doors, which are a bit rusted in front and don't move well.

I also want the new doors to be roll-up.

Although there's an efficiency above the double garage that would indirectly heat the garage* and the main garage probably isn't well insulated either I still want to get doors with good insulation.

The garage is wooden so doors that aren't too heavy might be helpful.

I know that R-ratings for garage doors are generally useless because the big energy losses come from poor seals.

So, any of you dwellers of places (particularly those who scoff at people in Maine thinking their winters are harsh) have any recommendations for good, well-insulated garage doors?

PS I have an electrician friend with installation experience and who's an electrician so I should have the installation covered.

* Long story short, I'm not choosing an insulated door to help the occupant

I've installed 2 sets of these doors. About 2-3 hours .
Or you can have them installed.

A cordless drill with a nut driving bit makes the install down right fun. (Don't over torque)
The foam filled ones feel pretty damn solid for many years.

Home Depot used to carry them years back. Don't know if they still do.

The seals around doors are best up to you.
Felt edging maybe be best.

If there's a torsion spring involved in raising them, for sure get a pro to deal with it: they can get scary.
