Eureka I've found it!!!
A very helpful NAPA employee found their part number for my car (6053132) & then printed me the list of all the compatible vehicles it fits. Napa's EBH costs $50 but checking on some of Honda parts sites I can find it for as low as $22 (08T44-S10-100).

It also fits Prelude, Odyessy, Passport, S2000 & DelSol. Plus several Saturns, a Saab, a GrandPrix & a Caterra! Please review the actual list to confirm compatibility as there are several engine models of the same size.
So the discontinued EBH 08T44-S01-100 can be replaced w/:
08T44-S10-100
08T44-S5B-100
08T44-SV4-100
Along with several others. I hope others find this information helpful also.

I found the least expensive online price was the 08T44-S10-100. Ordered it today for $31.52 shipped. I'll be installing my EBH this weekend.
