Come on Brandon, drag that tank higher and don't be such a wimp
Great numbers Mike. Go for it Alvaro - sorry about the bird...
Next time Denis, next time

Went to a car dealers Saturday morning, 2UP, 59°F, drizzling:
51.1 / 17.8
Bought an 18month old Honda Jazz Si (Fit) for OH, we're keeping '05 Jazz for eldest daughter. This one is still a 1.2 but cc's are slightly less and NEDC is slightly higher at 44.4 or approx. 36.9 on the EPA
Here she is, collect on Friday:

Then we went to a large supermarket we don't go to normally as we were in the area:
51.0 / 5.7

Diesel was WAY cheaper than where we live ($8.02, gas was $7.72) so filled up (on board computer said I had 12 miles left, I actually had 79 to empty so 800 was possible. Indicated MPG was also lower than actual as usual):
744.8 miles
53.8mpg
A double personal record again and my 10th tank in a row of 600+ miles and my 4th ever of 700+

As I suspected UG was a few percent low which I think was the Heathrow trip (nearly half the tank with little FAS or DFCO so not my normal driving pattern) but I've made a minor adjustment anyway. The tank only lasted 17 days, the current one should last me well over a month.

For the first time ever the average for my last 6 fillups was over 50mpg: 50.1

Next target is to get last 12 month figure above 50 too. A 54mpg on this tank should get me there

On way home had a reasonable run, still 59°F:
53.7 / 14.0 DTE809
