I'm surprised the drop is not bigger from 55 to 75. 4/26=15%.

That was the original Atkinson engine. Modern usage started out as "pseudo-Atkinson" or "Atkinson-like" and to describe a modification of the Otto cycle, and eventually the modifiers were dropped and now most are just calling it "Atkinson". Valve timing gets monkeyed with so that the expansion cycle is longer than the compression cycle, generally by leaving the intake valve open longer so some of the intake charge gets pushed back out into the intake port.
