No serious running recommended anymore for getting hypermiling mileage out of what is left of my spine. Walking/hiking is a plus so I do a lot of that.
Was out at the run as a aid station volunteer. I was up on a hill top far from everything that is remotely considered as traffic providing encouragement and fluids. Very nice weather this year if you like a strong delta breeze.
We were at the top of the hill in the end of this video
