I'm back to the grind today. 39F, 57.9 mpg over 11.2 miles.
Sean, I'm going to have to work just to keep above your numbers! And your car is rated much lower than mine, too!
Flew to Oregon for Christmas. Rental car from Portland across to the east side of the state. My grandparents' house is up the side of the mountain, right against the National Forest. Beautiful, and ~6 inches of snow on the ground. Did some skiing at a place 5 minutes from their house.
The rental minivan with "M+S" tires

didn't make it up the mountain. The last mile is a shared private road with one of the neighbors plowing it. 1000 feet up the side of the mountain. Grandpa had to come down in his Avalanche 4x4 with studded tires and shuttle us up to the house. That's one place where the studded tires and 4x4 is actually
needed. Avalanche, I'm not so sure, but it did get the job done...
Overall, 22ish mpg over 650ish miles with 6 passengers and cargo. I was driving 2/3 of that. 1/3 of the drive was in rain or slush or snow or icy road conditions. A couple mountain passes where trucks were required to use chains.
(sorry about rambling so long)
