2005 FEH PID - help needed

Hi,

I am the recent owner of a used 2005 FEH. I replaced the navi unit with another one with Android and I would like to display some hybrid parameters using Ian Hawking Torque Android application but I did not found the custom PIDs for the hybrid part. I found in other older posts that there is a file that shows the 2005 FEH PID which should be located at http://members.cox.net/carl.ebay/2005_feh_PIDs_a.xls

Unfortunately this file is no longer available at that site and I am kindly asking you to guide me to find that info about the custom PIDs for the hybrid parameters.

Sheet 2 has the PIDs and Sheet 3 has the ScanGauge codes
