I sold my Corolla today, after owning it for just a few months (and even fewer tanks). I just moved to downtown San Francisco, and have nowhere to park it. Parking costs $300/month in my building, and it's impossible to justify that when I drive so rarely. I've signed up for a car-sharing service called City CarShare, and I'm excited about driving their vehicles and not having to worry about parking and maintaining my own car. Their
fleet is surprisingly fuel efficient, and even includes a few EVs.
The selling price was higher than I expected. I listed the car for $6000, which I thought was a high price that would get negotiated down, but two buyers arrived at the same time and got into a bidding war. The final price was $6200.
Anyone want to buy my ScanGauge?
