Hi Terry:
___Your European story made me wonder about US residuals because not much can beat that Honda Jazz figure! I wonder where the US used car resale values fall? I know the Prius II retains a stupid amount of its initial purchase but what about the rest … Like say an H2?
___Here is what I found … According to Cars.com - Residual Value Calculator (it’s a popup so I could not link it), the H2 SUT holds on to 44% of its initial value after 3 years. Given the $50 - 60K + initial price, somebody is taking a bath. Chuck probably loves that one

Doing the same for the Civic’s, the Civic EX sedan hold’s the top spot at 56% with the LX and EX w/ NAVI holding at 55%. Psy has got to love that as that is his new baby! Cars.com does not list a single Hybrid for some reason? It is probably because they are holding on to residuals that some find almost unbelievable!

___Ooooppssss, there is the Ranger

although I purchased her for just $9,695 brand new …

___I see the Honda Accord EX, Honda Civic LX, and Toyota Corolla LE rated Excellent. I seem to have some experience with at least 2 of those anyway
___Good Luck
