On Friday, February 5th, 2010, My wife and I finally replaced my beat-up, fuel-sucking, everything-leaking 1993 Chevy Lumina with this:
2004 Hyundai Elantra GLS
2.0L DOHC Inline 4-cylinder with CVVT (Continuously Variable Valve Timing)
4-speed automatic transmission
We received it with 94913 miles on it, for $3500.
New tires on the front, timing belt replaced at 55k, brakes looked good what I could see. Was told that it had an exhaust leak - I could see it at the resonator joint; no big deal.
This is the story of me, the car, and everything in between.
