Re: Best ScanGauge displays for non hybrids

By the way, I use TPS, fWT, Current MPG, and Instaneous MPG (an X gauge). fWT because I have a radiator block (still in). Occasionally I'll pull up my system voltage, just as a check (and I used that to help determine what temperature my fan energized - could see the voltage dip with the fan started, and then a corresponding temperature decrease). I also pull up Open/Closed Loop to see at what temperature I go closed loop, and I've used the gph and incoming air temp a few times out of interest. This is a very useful component (at least for me).

Re: Best ScanGauge displays for non hybrids

I use:
Fwt - to monitor temps as I have installed grill blocking.
LOD - to help me learn best acceleration schedules for hills and pulsing.
*** when I'm learning acceleration settings, I substitute LP for Fwt to help learn at what TPS Open Loop begins on acceleration (and make sure I don't go there!)
TPS - to hold constant Throttle Position for DWL and to learn position for acceleration schedules.
