New Version of software - Need to recalibrate

Just a heads upp to Prius owners. It seems that after the Xgauge upgrade, at least in my case, a recalibration for fuel usege is required. After receiving the XGauge upgrade, I had to reset the engine size, fuel tank and fuel calibration because the memory had been erased. Luckily I wrote the fuel trim % down. Once reset, I was on my way, learning about how SOC corresponds to the number of bars on the battery icon and confirming the hysterisis while charging and discharging. I was also very happy because it appeared that I had become a better hypermiler because my first tank was 3% higher than normal.

But then I filled the tank.. The pump showed 3% more fuel used than what the SG indicated. I always fill at the same station, same pump, same time in the morning, same low setting until the pump automatically shuts off. It has been fairly consistent. I decided not to adjust the SG and try another tank. After the third tank I was still off 3% so I adjusted the SG accordingly. After the 4th tank I am now calibrated and am back down to the normal tank FE on the SG.

I am wondering if any others are experiencing the same thing?
