The Sierra Club campaign for cleaner, more efficient cars

The Environmental Protection Agency and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration proposed new standards that will make our cars and trucks cleaner and more efficient. I just sent a public comment supporting strong final rules that will take vehicle standards out of the 1970s and into the 21st century, laying a strong foundation for the cleaner vehicles we need to end our reliance on oil and curb global warming.
