Hi Tom:
The "Forever Marilyn" sculpture by Johnson was moved from Chicago to Palm Springs last month too

I am going to try and find it in Palm Springs for a pic.
For pics, I am using ACDSee on a laptop or my home PC.
Here is last nights fill.
The 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid on an All-American Road Trip

48.7 mpg - 963.9 miles - DTE -- - 44 mph
When you hit the blinking pip, you still have about 2.0 gallons left. I added a touch over 20.6 gallons and if the Sonata tank is the same as the Optima's, it will hold 22.2 gallons or thereabouts.
The cool thing is I left the station with the SoC below 1/2. About 5-miles later on a country road looking for pics with corn and side winds at about 10-mph, she was up to 79.9 mpg when I stopped with 5/8 SoC level. The Hyundai Sonata Hybrid is a killer when pushed to its limits

Alongside the corn near Dwight, IL in North Central Illinois.
They were all a touch to dark so I posted the best I had.
A caveat to the hybrid however. If you were to run it out, the traction battery will continue to spin the ICE over trying to start it up until the big pack is completely depleted and possibly damaged. I have not verified this but I spoke with a tech about it last year and he passed along this "Never Do This" warning.
Meeting in San Diego. Just tell me where and we’ll meet there.
