I read that in Canada the tax authorities use Google Earth sometimes to see if people have put solar panels on their home - and then charge them additional property tax because of the value added.

Gas pedals have now been bolted to the floor. Throttle plates have been welded open. In some instances, it seems like the throttle body butterflies have been removed entirely. It's pandemonium.
