Nothing about being a PHEV requires an EV-Mode.

The OEM spec is 150 mm or just under 6 inches.

If you find it dips too much when weighed down... there are some stiffer rear springs you can get.

Custom made would be expensive.

Others already posted about some of the models and years that offered a MT.

For the manual fun aspect of it there is also a Mod you can get called Manual IMA or MIMA... it would give you manual...

I have my doubts about the additional BCM and MCM replacements.

But even if you do go ahead with getting replacements .... that $ Quote isn't any kind of a deal on them... they are cheaper to buy...

The 250 to 600 MPG is an equivalent number... as in what the electricity costs compared to what gasoline would cost to have the amount of energy to move the vehicle ... so depending on what you pay...
