Turns out the max load is only 35PSI...

Should I set them to 35 cold or go down to around 33 because it's summer time and they will heat up?

I appreciate the feedback. I am currently using the recommended 32 PSI. I currently have Cooper Trendsetter SE's all around. I will put them on 40 and see how the mileage comes out.
