Well it's delightful now that the weather in NE OH is consistently in the hi 50's and climbing, to get regular 31+ mpg in my conventional AWD Subie. Compared with the EPA's 24, I'm happy!

I love the DRL's on my WRX. Obviously they add visibility for safety. When it's dusk or pre-dawn and without them I'd need headlights to be seen, I turn on the parking lights for dash visibility...

In wet and snowy weather, moving to the shoulder a bit throws all sorts of junk (salt, slush, fine gravel) into their windshield. That usually makes them back off.
