It's my understanding that YouTube, Metacafe, and similar web video places do use the Flash Video Format.

The true Flash video format (.FLV) is pretty much only playable in the Flash design...

I originally built it as only 36 volts because three YellowTops fit inside the frame so nice, without having to modify anything...
