After I posted the entry I did a search and found that AutoZone, Pep Boys, and some local recycling centers take used motor oil. Thanks for the tip though.

I typically use 2nd for 10mph and bellow, I tend to see less of a jerk if you do a quick clutch release then pressing down on it. I anything above that I stick with 5th.

Bumping the engine means while the ICE is off, key in IGII and car rolling, put the car in gear depending on the speed you are rolling in for example say you are going 1mph put it in first...

Driving slow and FAS whenever possible has helped me get the good numbers, though now I seem to stay around the same 42s, hopefully soon I can get a SG and see how much it helps me out.

Marc,

I hear you on that, I also did the same with my Civic EX MT and it felt safer and could glide longer. I am thinking of taking it up to 50 PSI and see how that feels.

When I get my Civic up to 60MPH which is seldom I see the RPM's stay around 2500 2600. Once you reach 70MPH it's about 3000

OK, so I have a 2008 Civic EX and while reading the manual in the dashboard are I happen to notice that it has mpg/klm/l on it and was wondering if that model does actually have that display...
