I'd imagine that's just because of the paste on saab nose. I doubt they bothered to make sure it was as aerodynamic as the original.

nope the .29 is for the XT which was the lowest CD for a Japanese car in 1985 when the vehicle was designed. it's still pretty low.

it impresses me because back in 85 they had to really wind tunnel...

unfortunately speedometers/odometers aren't very accurate to start with.

new thought if you really want a cool fun high mpg mid-rear experience go back to the 80s and get a non turbo first gen MR2... lots of fun and very frugal.

fuel contamination is from running rich, like turbo cars do.

I had a mitsubishi starion (still have it with a cracked head actually)
and now I understand why most manufacturers no longer use...
