Winona State delves into environmental initiatives

Winona State purchased its first hybrid vehicle, a silver 2006 Honda Civic Hybrid, on Jan. 25 from Honda Motorwerks in La Crosse, Wis.
More recently, Flynn formed a task force with Winona State President Judith Ramaley and Vice President of Student Affairs Cal Winbush to study campus sustainability: “how our university impacts the environment and how the environment impacts the university,” said Flynn.
