They're starting to get it, in Wyoming

This part made my morning:

Barbre said he once drove laps around King Soopers supermarket and gas station in east Cheyenne to see if he could squeeze 600 miles out of a tank of gas.
"My wife got so irritated with me," he said.

When I first got it, I remember some guys in big old trucks driving by, flipping me off. I never could figure that out. I guess it's un-American not to burn gas.

Happens to me a lot - a few cars too, but mostly trucks.

Hi Tarabell:

___Like Terry’s find the other day on the Taurus owner picking up a new Prius, this is a great human interest story about a person(s) real world decision to choose a far more Fuel Efficient HEV. Would you mind if I took it to the home page New’s?

___Chuck, I posted a Detroit News – Auto Insider news item very similar to your find at CNN/Money about % of today’s buyers looking at more fuel efficient vehicles. Great find and thank you!

___Good Luck

___Wayne
