Anyone change the cabin air filters, 04 civic hybrid. I really need to probably change it so if anyone has how do you do it.kevin

Eh, those things are a pain, I'd get lazy and not do it if it were me, but since I forget how I did it when I did it on my friends 02 civic, your best bet is to go to autozone and get a manual for 15 bucks or borrow a copy from the local library. Step by step with pictures, :p

I believe that the cabin air filter(s) is located behind the glove box. You will need to disconnect the stops that keep the glove box door from dropping down. The filter(s) should then be accessible. Not sure how much they cost.

Yeah. The filter is easy. The problem is just getting thouse stops out. I think you just have to pry up the front a bit and pull forward.

This is just a thought. I would drop by the Honda dealer and ask one of the service advisors how to do it. Or buy the filter from the Honda parts dept. and ask them how you change it out. Either way you will find out. :D
