I realized yesterday that my SG has all the info to automatically do pulse-n-glide and other fuelimproving techniques (driving-with-load) if connected to a CC. Combined with an altimeter to measure relative altitude differences and a GPS to learn your routes, it could do P-G which is optimsed to the terrain much more efficiently than a human. After-mounted cruise actuators are easy to install after all. The problem would then be to set the vehicle into neutral.
