For grins, the owner of a Ford F-650 (not a typo) put a hybrid plate on his diesel. It's not a hybrid, and he pays up to $300 to fillup every three weeks - car payments for some.

Unless he is hauling a lot of stuff, paying $100 a week - the joke's on him.

At $2.80/gal (current local gas prices), $300 at 33 MPG (today's MPG fillup!) would last me . . . over 3500 miles!!!!

$300 divided by $2.8 ~ 107 gallons
107 gallons * 33 miles per gallon . . . 3500 miles. Sweet. :D
